「Should not be allowed on Expedia. In the middle of a branding change. We were one of numerous people that booked rooms in advance but there were no rooms. We were told they were going to refund and get us a complimentary room ready while we ate nextdoor. Came back, no room. Another person was put in a room that was actively being painted, supplies still in the room. Will go down as one of the worst, least professional experiences ever at a hotel. TAKE THEM OFF THIS SITE! 」

「The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was spotless as well. The staff was very polite at check-in, and the hotel was quiet with no issues during my stay. I also really appreciated that they allowed me to check in as a student, even though I didn't meet the usual age requirement!」

「Reserved a king bed room, had to settle for 2 queen beds. Water was leaking through floor tiles, changed rooms. Room we agreed to had a big cobweb in corner of room and a lot of hair in bathroom. Staff was pleasant with what they have to work with. Would not recommend. 」

「TV did not work, but staff fixed it. Toilet was dirty, but i took care of that. Other than that, i would stay there again. Just wish they still had an eatery still there. 」
