Really enjoy having Belgian waffles and eggs for breakfast. The front desk was friendly and helpful. In a previous review I commented on some lighting near the entry to the common area. It was very well lit this time, which was greatly appreciated. Price was great. Glad to have this Quality Inn in Hillsville!

I would like to start with. I will never stay there again. We have stayed there in the past so this is not my first time staying here. It started by entering the room around 1030 at night. There was no lights so it was hard to see. Half of the light in the room were burned out. Once we got settled in we found around 15 dead bugs a over the room. Some of the wash clothes and towels looked like they cleaned the floor and put them pack on the rack to use. The toilet looked liked like they started cleaning and gave up. The breakfast was awful. No milk for the cereal. Enough eggs for 1 person biscut the seemed like they were from last week. The place needs a update

The breakfast was fresh and ready on time there was 2 kinds of cereal bagels 2 kinds in g muffins juice milk water waffles yogurt biscuits gravy eggs the second shift lady checked me in was great very friendly we had water damage at our house and had to get room last minute I was in and out in less than 10 min parking was great security camera well lite parking lot and the third shift front desk staff was just as awesome and helpful

Room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was solid as well! But there was the aroma of old smoke and the perfume/cleaner to try and cover it up. I had to move my nicer clothing back into the car for the evening.

I found the staff to be very polite, friendly, and accommodating. The room was very clean and did not smell musty as other hotels I have been in as the room did not have a carpeted floor. There was plenty of parking and the grounds were clean.

The room was clean, but the air conditioner shut off in the middle of the night and the room got warm. The front desk reception did not tell us what time the continental breakfast opened. When we went to the breakfast in the lobby at 6:25 am....nothing was made or even out....not even hit water for tea. Disappointed.

Oh where do I start!! Clerk didnt code the keys correctly hiked back to main office to get this corrected and he was gone not for a few minutes for a half hour. Get the keys coded. Finally get into room it has FLIES more than 10 flying everywhere. We managed with that. The mattresses on the beds were shot u sunk in the middle. Went to take a shower 2(yes that's a 2) towels a hand towel and bath towel. No bath matt, hand towel, wash cloth or shower towel. Send hubby down to get extra he returns with one towel. Ice machine didnt work! Went to check out in the morning, which is where they have their free breakfast and the flies hit you when u walked thru the door. So Please save your money and go elsewhere I surely wish I had!
