Hang out on the lanai lounger or eat your meals al fresco while looking out at the ocean and tropical trees. This is a fantastic location for beach days and Hilo town relaxation.

The living room sectional sofa has a pull out section so that two adults can comfortably lounge and watch our 75 inch flat screen TV with streaming service and free 1 Gig Wi-Fi (sign into your own viewing accounts). This condo building stays cool with cross ventilation and our unit fans - there is no AC! The kitchen is equipped with lots of small appliances, cookware, and our beachy-cool aqua refrigerator. Fun!

The bedroom has a king sized bed and closet with shelves, hangers, and suitcase storage space. The bathroom has sparkling blue tiled shower-bathtub combo, wall-mounted towel warmer and custom lighting. The building has shared laundry rooms on each floor. Laundry is PayRange app enabled or coin operated.

One parking space is included in your condo rental. The building is secured with a key-entry elevator to all floors and an on-site resident manager.
