This incredible 5-bed, 5.75-bath Palmetto Dunes home exudes low country charm and sophistication. With the lagoon and private dock a few steps beyond your pool area and the pristine Hilton Head beaches just a short walk from your front door, 85 Mooring Buoy is the perfect island oasis. The grand front entrance opens to a fantastic living and dining space with gorgeous ceiling detail and a chandelier. The double kitchen space blends beauty and function with all its high-end finishes and gourmet appliances. A wall of windows in the dining room opens to a beautifully appointed screened living room with an outdoor fireplace and covered dining area overlooking the pool and lagoon. The patio and pool deck are ideal for sunning, reading, or daydreaming. Each elegant and comfortable bedroom has a luxurious bathroom. Everything in between this island beach home has everything from morning coffee at the pool to beautiful dinners on the patio.

We had the best time while vacationing at this home in HH. There were 8 adults and 2 young children in the house and we had plenty of space. We were absolutely impressed with all of the features of the home. If you can think of needing something, this house had it. We are also considering doing a thanksgiving stay in this property as it has everything we need. The living space was perfect, the outside areas were amazing and all very convenient to the beach. We felt like we were right at home. Check in was easy and informative. And the welcome package and pool towels were a plus. Looking forward to booking our next stay at this amazing property!

The house was just as pictured. Furnishings were tastefully appointed. The view was beautiful and the home was easily accessible to the beach. Everyone had their own room and bath and was most comfortable. The younger members shared the bunk room which was so nice as each bunk had their own curtain for privacy and light for reading, etc.

This home is wonderfully placed in a peaceful surrounding with great views of the tranquil lagoon. We enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor spaces. Our large family was able to gather in all the shared spaces but still be able to enjoy different activities in proximity. The property is well maintained and appointed. The neighborhood for fabulous to walk and bike around in the shade of the majestic moss flocked oaks. Having the beach a 3 minute walk was perfect.

11 of our family stayed here for a week. It was so beautiful. We loved the kids' room -- two sets of built-in bunk beds, complete with curtains closing each bed, and each wall had its own light. So all 4 kids could read in their own little nests. It was wonderful. Very well stocked and lovely! Nice pool too. The management was very helpful for any questions.

It is no exaggeration to say that our family's time at the home was a perfect 10. The home and its ammenities exceeded our expectations and made for a perfect week. The home's high end finishes and furnishings are so well done, the views of the lagoon are even prettier than pictured, and the outdoor space and landscaping added to our enjoyment. The pool is perfect for a family with young children with ample space for wading and playing in shallow water. We loved the huge fridge, two dishwashers, ice maker with its endless supply, and the ease of preparing meals in the kitchen. There is nothing this home is lacking and we definitely plan to return for future vacations!

We loved this house!! It was so easy to keep a wide range of ages happy and occupied. The pool, fishing area, biking and quick walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!
