You will receive entry instructions 3 days before your arrival. The welcome guide will also be available in the app. Access, check-in, and checkout instructions are released 3 days before check-in, but all other information is available as soon as you book.
This is a two-story townhouse villa with entry from the ground floor has just two steps to enter into the villa. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. Grab bars are featured in the newly remodeled walk-in showers.
Pets are not allowed in this complex.
One vehicle gate pass is provided at no charge to each rental to be picked up the day of your arrival. The space available parking is reserved for Clipper Court owners and guests only. Additional general parking is just steps from the villa front door and behind the villa in the Ketch Court/Clipper Court parking lot near the patio door. Additional gate passes are available at the Sea Pines gate for you to purchase for $20 per week.
You will have complimentary access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, 1.5 miles away which provides increased access to outdoor showers and public restrooms that are well appointed and family friendly, with both family-sized restrooms and changing rooms available.
Amenities include:
• Outdoor showers and foot wash stations
• Family restrooms
• Ample space for bikes with an increased number of bike racks
• Parking and convenient beach access is for home owners only. Rental guests will park in designated parking areas and be shuttled to the beach in season.
You are welcome to utilize the Sea Pines Fitness Center, nearby, for $18 per person, per day. Weekly passes are also available.
Trolley everywhere in season inside Sea Pines for free, just steps from the villa. The Sea Pines Trolley provides transportation for all guests to Sea Pines Center Shops and Restaurants, the new Sea Pines Beach Club Restaurant and Bar, as well as Fraser's Tavern for dining from Mid-March thru Labor Day Weekend. Parking is available at the Beach Club after Labor Day until Mid-March. From Mid-March to Labor Day, a complimentary trolley is available to transport you from the Harbour Town Pool to the Beach Club and Back which is across the street and close to the villa. Parking during season from 9:00am to 5:00pm is reserved for Sea Pines Property Owners ONLY.
A small electric grill is available on the patio.
