Ocean front 1 bedroom condo with breath taking views

Wonderfully updated 1 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront end unit villa with extra windows. Some of the upgrades include lyxury vinyl floors throughout the unit, walk in shower, granite counter tops in the kitchen with extra counter space and cabinet space and stainless steel appliances, open and spacious master bedroom. Fabulous ocean and sunrise views. Nicely decorated, you will enjoy awakening to a morning cup of coffee and listening to the waves on your balcony as you watch the sun rise over the Atlantic. A stroll on the beach is only steps from this villa or a quick dip in the seaside pool. The resort offers everything Hilton Head is famous for, two pools, ten lighted tennis courts, beautiful beaches, restaurant, bike rentals, exercise room, and a chance to relax. Located mid island, you are close to great shopping, delicious food, excellent golf, and a wonderful time.

Getaway by the Sea
We had only a few days to get away and this little condo on the beach was the perfect place for two. Every morning we walked the peaceful beach and every night we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean before bed. This condo is just the right size for 2 people to enjoy. Will definitely stay again. Visiting from Arizona.

Perfect Couple getaway
We enjoyed the condo and the million dollar views. Inside condo was very clean, bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Condo feels very specious, perfect for couple or small family. We did not use sleeper sofa so unsure if it is comfortable. Easy beach access from Condo and there is a pool also close to building. We would highly recommend this condo. To the owners, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Loved this one
This condo was really perfect. Views were unbeatable, with the end unit you get a view almost every direction you look. The listing was completely accurate, and the hosts were great to work with, communication was almost instantaneous from beginning to end. This location is one of our favorites on the island, bike rentals and tennis/pickleball on site, super wide beach, very close to a lot of great restaurants and less congestion at this end of the island. We hope to make a repeat stay to this unit next year.

Quaint getaway!
Perfect for a couple! One bedroom, one bath, and spectacular view! Enjoyed coffee on the ocean-front balcony each morning. I had a few questions for the property owner prior to the trip and her response was timely and extremely helpful! Although this resort is an older property on Foley Beach, this particular unit has been completely updated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful view
The condo was clean and the host was very responsive to my questions/emails. The use of kitchen space was optimal. The view from the balcony was ocean view for miles. Being that the condo is an end unit you get that extra window on the side which brings in great natural light. Overall a fantastic property.

Older building but modernized clean condo. Balcony view was beautiful. We didn't cook but it looked like well stocked kitchen. Beach path right outside the door. The trash dumpster was quite the distance from the unit, however the maintenance person saw us and took it for us. All in all a very nice 3 day stay!
