3 Osprey is comfortably situated in North Forest Beach, 4th row from the ocean and walking distance to Coligny Plaza, The 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Forest Beach home rental on Hilton Head Island has two living areas, a private pool + hot tub and is designed to be friendly for guests of all ages, allowing guests greater ease navigating through the home.

The main level of the home with living & dining areas + kitchen is located on the second floor. The living area has a wall of windows allowing for natural light and an open floor plan so the group can commune over meals and family fun! **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and is well-appointed with cooking utensils and supplies.

Osprey 3 comfortably sleeps 12 guests in four inviting bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main floor primary bedroom has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the second floor are the remaining two bedrooms and the second living space. The first bedroom has two twin beds and shares access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, and a private en-suite bathroom with double vanity, garden tub and walk-in shower. The second living area is perfect for gathering for movies or space for the kids! There are two addtional sleep spaces for added convenience- a queen sleeper sofa in the sunroom and a full sleeper sofa in the second floor loft area.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Forest Beach is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Please note:
- The pool can be heated from September to April for an additional fee of $800/per week.
- The spa can be heated for an additional fee of $300/week.
- Elevators are prohibited from guest use.
- The fireplace is not for guest use.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
