Honestly, we thought the hotel building itself was very nice. The ladies cleaning our room did a great job. But when I checked in to the hotel, I noticed my credit card was charged nearly $1,000 more than it should have been. When I asked the front desk, I was told it was a hold and would be removed. Following check out, it processed on my card and was not removed. Additionally, my card was charged for a lunch I never ate. After complaining to the front desk, the lunch charge was removed from my credit card, but not the over charge for the room. I have now started a claim with Expedia, who I booked through and they have been trying to get the hotel to refund me for 3 days now. And just today, the hotel has again charged my card another $375. I HAVEN’T STAYED IN OVER A WEEK! I called and asked for the charge to be removed immediately, and was told there was no manager on duty to help me. This has gone from what I thought was an accident, to when I’m now thinking may be a fraud situation. 10/10 do not book!

There was some work being done to the golf course, but it truly didn’t affect our stay… We had a room overlooking the golf course, and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The staff are top-notch, and did everything to make our stay perfect.

The Inn & Club is a top notch hotel with an excellent staff, beautiful furniture, classy styling and very nice amenities. Our room was gorgeous and had a beautiful view of the first hole and 18th green. The grounds were meticulous. We really enjoyed having access to the tennis courts, hot tub and pool. We also used the provided bicycles to ride on the beach and explore all the pathways through the Sea Pines area.

The staff was wonderful! The property and room were beautiful!! However, I got a very poor night's sleep because there were noises from doors closing throughout the entire night! I believe it was possibly the cleaning staff but could have also been other guests. Unbelievable how that sound made it into our room continuesly throughout the night. We would stay there again but would have to address this issue first.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful resort and hotel. We really enjoyed our time here walking and biking around Harbour Town. Great location close to restaurants and the beach. The rooms was spacious and we slept well in the comfortable king bed. Great getaway to celebrate our anniversary!
