HILTON HEAD ISLAND RENTAL. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath pet friendly* home (with pet fee)* has 3,000+ sq.ft. and a dramatic 2-story gathering room. The home is just 120 yds. from the beach with no streets to cross. The great room includes a living area with big screen TV, and an elegant dining area for 10. The kitchen has been remodeled. Off the great room is a balcony with a new Weber gas grill and table for outdoor dining—there is also a poolside dining area complete with lounging furniture. The first bedroom is adjacent to the living room. It features a queen bed and TV. Outside this room there is access to a full bath with a shower. 16 steps lead to the next level of the home where you will find 3 more bedrooms and a seating area that overlooks the great room. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. This bedroom shares a bath with the next bedroom which has a king bed and TV/DVD. The master suite features a king bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a private bedroom on the ground floor with separate entrance which features a King bedroom with TV, sofa sleeper, kitchenette and bath with shower. With upscale furnishings, this 4th row gracious home offers all the amenities you will need for a vacation in style.

****Pool heat is electric. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for the pool to heat and if temperatures fall under 55 degrees the will stop heating until its over 55 degrees.

Perfect space for large family

We so enjoyed the expansive space! It accommodated our large family and pets!! Easy walk to the beach and evening swim in the pool.Management was responsive to our needs which were minimal!

A stay worthy of a 50th anniversary celebration

We traveled to Savannah for a family 50th anniversary stay. Found this gem which easily housed our 8 adults and 5 kids (were even surprised with on site pack'n'plays). The location was an easy 3 minute walk to the beach, and close enough to walk to the shopping area and children's park/adventure center of Hilton Head. We especially enjoyed how communal the first floor of the house was with kitchen, living room, and dining room all connected. Only recommendation would be for some cleaning supplies to be provided. While they were easily picked up during our grocery run, this would have been nice to have on site from check-in.

Great location. Terrible response to problems we had. No gas in gas grill. Shower door had sign on it to be sure to shut or water would leak out and go into garage. Floor in that bathroom was very weak. Garage door would not open with code, had to go upstairs and then downstairs to open garage. Maintenance people cut limbs off trees and left a mess in pool, had to call 3 times to get pool cleaned. Management of this property was poor.

Great living area

The main floor was an awesome place to enjoy our family. Plenty of room to play games, do puzzles, eat meals together. The kitchen is huge and well equipt. Beds and pillows are comfortable. My grandchildren loved the pool.

Wonderful House, but not close to beach

This house is great, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The only setbacks are that the “120 yds” to the beach is a stretch... the beach is definitely further away than anticipated. Be prepared for a long walk with semi-difficult terrain on the path to the beach which is not desirable, especially for my elderly in-laws. I suggest bringing a wagon to carry your beach belongings , though it will take more than one person to pull it across the long path to the beach through the woods and then hills of sand you’ll have to climb before getting there. Please build a public pedestrian walkway to the beach from Cassina Lane. Also, the private pool is great but needs rails and at least a small fence around it for young children.

Overall great experience. House was beautiful. Pool and garbage schedule not accurate. Pool cleaned 2nd time on Saturday when we were leaving. Sand and debris in it most of the week. Washer was usable but leaked severely all over the garage floor. Had to stand in water when doing laundry.

Good for families

We brought a family of 10 and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other. The beach access was convenient and close. The pool was necessary on hot August afternoons. We had two immediate con erns which were addressed same day by the rental agency, and have communicated to them that better oversight of the service contractors they use is needed. The outdoor spaces worked well for us. The furniture is sturdy and reliable. The grill was used every night and was wonderful. Close to grocery store and away from the crowd at the resorts down the beach.
