The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. There was 12 of us and we all had plenty of room. The house was spotless and we enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach! Definitely recommend!!

We had such a great experience renting this house! The house itself was beautiful and clean with plenty of amenities, and the pool/spa was clutch. We had one issue with the pool early in our stay, but the property manager came out and fixed it within an hour. The location was quiet but close to HHI's best spots. Rent this house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment! The home is pristine and the owners have thought of everything - it was truly a home away from home. The beach is a short walk from the house, the park is an even shorter walk. The pool and spa tub are beautiful and inviting. Thank you so much for such a great place to stay!

Really, Machie has set the table for all to enjoy! You don't even need to bring your pool or beach toys. Great place, better yet, great couple to get to know! Look forward to seeing again in a couple of years.

This house is great! Love the location and the house. Things that we would have liked is bikes available, we didnt have any, and in the description, it said we would. We would have liked a "hot" hot tub. I understand the pool not being heated, but the hot tub we expected to be hot. The outside shower was hidden and not easy to access. We would definitely book this house again. Thank you

This was a great experience from the beginning. The owners are very responsive to any questions asked and obviously take pride in their property. The home was quite comfortable and met our family needs in function, convenient location, comfort and cleanliness. Our 4 grandchildren (ages 6 thru 2 1/2) loved the pool and the bunk bed room. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Amazing time with our family and friends! The only problem was that our stove/oven went out towards the end of the week. Gas stove and grill saved us. Also, the owners came right out to help within hours of us calling them! Heading back next year!!!!

What a perfect place for our family to enjoy time together. The house was gorgeous and very comfortable for our group of 12. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing and the kids played non stop, swimming for hours. The beach is just minutes away and beautiful with soft white sand, perfect for sand castles and beach volleyball. Lots of restaurants close by, and we also enjoyed grilling at the house. It was hard to say goodbye to the house and the memories we had together there.

Everything about this property met or exceeded expectations....House was spacious, beautiful and extremely clean, offered quick & easy beach access, a huge park nearby, bonus children's playroom, great pool & hot tub. Owner Mackie was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Perfect weather Thanksgiving week was a bonus. We rented for all of January to escape the Northeast cold and our pandemic life. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach daily (sunrises are a must), proximity to the park (including tennis) and amenities in the house (ping pong, hot tub). Mackie (and family) were incredibly responsive on questions. When we travel back to HHI, Mackie will be our first call! Thank you!

We celebrated our 50th with two daughters, their husbands, and 6 grandchildren ages 6 to 16. A beautiful house and pool and fun game room. A short walk to the beach which was lovely. You don't need to be a golfer to enjoy Hilton Head as there is a lot to do and staying at this house was perfect. It is better than the pictures show which were beautiful. Alexanders was a great restaurant for our special night out. Mackie made sure we had what we needed and I hope we have the opportunity to return.

This house could not have been more perfect for our family vacation!! From the amazing table that could hold all of us to eat and play games around, to the amazing pool area. The game room downstairs was great for the kids, well adults too. Access to the beach was close by as well. With 15 people in the house at one time you would not have known it at all except when we were out by the pool - plenty of room! Met the parents to and they really made us feel so welcome. The home is as presented and was clean, very well equipped and comfortable for the 10 of us. We appreciated the amenities in the adjacent public park - soccer fields, baseball, tennis and basketball. The very large garage was handy for storing our many bikes, helmets etc.We used the bike paths to access the Shelter Cove shopping area and beyond and also for beach riding at low tide. Having the pool on the level of the living area was especially convenient for all. Faith Seiders at www.faithographyphoto.com did an excellent family photo shoot of all of us. Our only complaint was that the week went by much too quickly - none of us wanted to leave!

This house was perfect for our family of ten - six adults and four children. We were celebrating our 45th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We loved the layout of the house, the pool/hot spa right off the great room, and the close proximity to the beach. The kitchen and bedrooms were stocked with everything we needed. There were even pool toys beach wagon, and games included for the children. Unfortunately, it was too hot this week to take advantage of the game room downstairs. The pool made up for that! Many wonderful family memories were made this week! We are very thankful to Mackie for sharing her beautiful home with us!

We are a family of 3 adult children, spouses and 4 grandchildren under the age of 6! There was so much room to spread out, the amenities were terrific and the owner always responded promptly with questions before and after our arrival! Did I mention the house was fabulous!! We were minutes from the beach, which was very doable with little ones! We couldn't have asked for a better first experience with renting a vacay home! We spent a lot of time between the pool and beach! There is a great game room in the home... fun nights playing ping pong!
