Amazing Place in Harbour Town!!!

A Very Lovely Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The online listing was accurate, the house had beautiful features indoor and out including a nice-sized pool and patio area, everything was super-clean, luxurious, and comfortable, the property management went out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay, and we hope to return in the future. Fun Harbour Town Experience

It was a very nice property! Just what we wanted for our kids(young adults) to be able to ride bikes to Harbour Town whenever they wanted. Definitely had everything you could think of.

Great location and property

This property was just as described. The check-in process was easy, and the property managers were very responsive and welcoming. Lovely home with all the amenities you could think of. Great location for easy walk or bike to Harbourtown. 10 min bike to beautiful beach. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for a family. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a nice home without the tourist hustle.

August 2015 Stay

Unbelievable experience from booking to departing. This home is amazing and slerps 6 comfortably. The high end appliances and gorgeous remodel made our stay so comfortable. I love Stoney Creek because of its proximity to Harbourtown and we have now found our home away from home. We can not wait to return!!!!

Great vacation

We chose HHI as our spring break destination. We wanted a home with a heated pool so that we could ensure social distancing and knew we would be doing a lot of other outdoor activities that would safe. This is house is beautiful - especially loved all of the glass, which made for nice views of our surroundings - and, it is equipped with everything we needed for the week. We would definitely book here again!

The layout is perfect and we love the view of the pool from so many areas of this home. The location on Stoney Creek is perfect...close to the best amenities in Sea Pines. An easy bike ride to Harbor Town, the Beach, Sea Pines Club, Tennis and Pickleball Courts. BestNest does a fabulous job of making your stay easy and convenient.

Fabulous, relaxing long weekend

We felt welcomed, and completely comfortable during our whole trip. The check-in process was seamless and we were in the house by 4:15pm. The house was spotless, clean and all amenities included. A nice welcome note and goodies was a welcome surprise. We thought there was an issue with the pool, which our family enjoyed immensely, but it turned out to be nothing - Beverly investigated the outside and pool heater after 7pm on a Saturday to verify. We ended up extending our stay by one day, would have done longer if they had availability!

The house is beautifully updated, very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels, chairs, and beach toys were great and put to good use! We heated the pool and it was very warm and the kids had a blast. Beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend the bike rental- such a close trip over to Harbour Town! Beverly and team were exceptionally responsive and helpful.

It was well stocked with everything we needed! Even a screwdriver to add batteries to my child’s Easter toy! :) Well decorated and made us feel like we were at our home away from home. Very responsive when an issue arised. Followed through with requests. Would definitely rent here on our next HHI visit!

Beautiful, extremely clean and fully stocked with amenities that you would have in your household.we traveled with a total of three couples and each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pictures don't fully describe how beautiful this property is. And it's a great location in Sea Pines with lots to do. We did not use the pool because it was over NYE and quite cool. Definitely recommend for the discerning houseguests!

Fabulous House close to Harbor Town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having owned a home in Sea Pines for the last 50+ years I'd say this older but updated home was perfect for our family get together. The decorating was fabulous and the kitchen has everything you might need. The little touches were fantastic- music playlists, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The only issue we had was the hot water heater. All 6 of us could not take a shower before dinner, had to stagger them. Not sure if this is a consistent issue, but after first night we staggered best we could. The communication with Bestnest was also very very good. I would definitely recommend this house for your next Sea Pines stay.

June 2015 Stay

All I can say is, WOW!!! Our family just got home and are already wishing we could have stayed another week.... This home was amazing and far exceeded our expectations.... Everything was top notch!! Between the high end appliances, tastefully decorated rooms, yummy "welcome treats" and VERY comfortable beds, we loved it all.... Having the pool was such a treat after a day at the beach or a round of golf... And contrary to the previous review, the alligator was no problem at all... In fact, we only saw it a few times... And each time it was just floating along... It never came up on land, so there is honestly nothing to worry about.... We loved everything about our stay here!!! Hopefully, we will be back next year, because we would stay here again in a heartbeat..... Sandy Welte

After a difficult experience with another agency and home, we needed to find a new place to stay for our week on Hilton Head Island. On Christmas Eve, we found the perfect home and Beverly Serral met us there to welcome us to 44 Stoney Creek. It was beyond our expectations and Beverly was so kind and inviting. The home was beautiful, spotless and just perfect for our family of 4. I'm not sure we have ever stayed in a nicer rental home. They thought of everything, from the well-stocked kitchen, to soap in every bathroom and the kitchen, to amazing linens that felt brand new! Thank you Beverly for making our holiday extra special! We would defintely stay here again and highly recommend BESTNEST!

September 2015 Stay

As soon as we pulled up to 44 Stoney Creek, we were greeted with these amazing flowers and butterflies near the driveway...Once inside, "awesome" continued as the home is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and appliances. It has a unique floor plan and could work nicely for a family, adult couples or just the 2 of us was great! It's close to Harbour Town but yet it is tucked away on a quiet street. Beverly and her rental staff were pleasant to work with and they respond to your needs in case you have any issues. We have been coming to HHI for many years and have rented lots of properties from villas to homes and have rented directly from owners and from rental companies too. This home is one of the best we have rented for location, cleanliness and for newer updated furnishings as many of the rentals in HH are in need of renovations and getting up with the times.
