Perfect getaway location

Wonderful property, clean, lots of room to spread out. Pool was a great addition. Close to everything, communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Getaway

We would definitely stay at this property again. Beautiful, new, and clean home. Plenty of room for everyone! Our granddaughter loved the kids room and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw toys left out for the little ones. Having the covered pool for the grand-babies was perfect! The babies could swim without worrying about sunblock. Sea Turtle Vacation Rental and owners were very accommodating. The ice maker was not making ice. They immediately sent over a bag of ice and the next day installed a countertop ice maker. We appreciated their thoughtfulness. Hope to visit this home again!

Comfortable home!

When we first booked property, the listing had a picture of two kings and double bunk bed with twin trundle but then after we booked we read more detail on the property and it said there was one king, one queen and one double bunk with twin trundle so I contacted the host to clarify which was correct and they said it has one king and one queen with double bunk beds and twin trundle. I went ahead and kept the booking even though we wanted two kings. When we got to the house it was actually two kings and double bunk with twin trundle. The host had told me incorrect bed size information. Other than that mix up, everything in the house was as expected. Beautiful, roomy and comfortable. Great place to hang out. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice big table to eat and gather to play cards. Internet was out for the last two days. We called customer service but no one came out to fix it. It still was not working when we checked out.

Loved the location and the peace and quiet

Everything about this property was perfect, with a few minor exceptions. Beautiful new home, quiet and clean property. Had everything we needed. Pool was perfect, albeit a little chilly for me. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Ice machine was not working (unless I just couldn’t figure out how to make it work). There were cockroaches in the trash when we got there, but I didn’t see them anywhere else or again. The only other complaint I have is with a particular neighbor. Don’t know her name, but we will call her Karen… She was going around taking pictures of peoples cars, and once when I was outside, she yelled at me and told me I could never rent the property again. When I tried to ask her what she was referring to, she ran back in her house and shut the door. I am a rule follower, so I was honestly curious what I did wrong. Somebody else was checking in across the street and said that she did the same thing to him. So just beware of the Karen! Besides all that, we would probably rent this property again.

Great Find!

We loved our stay! The pool was absolutely perfect for our 6 month old. The house was beautiful and very clean. We also appreciated everything that was provided. We will absolutely be back! The only thing we wish is to be able to check in sooner than 4 since we had such a great time. But, everything else was fantastic!

Nicely tucked away.

Really enjoyed the stay. Earlier check option would be nice. The average hotel check in is 3:00 and check out is 11:00. For the cost to stay at this property, it was a surprise to see cleaning supplies dropped off a placed in the hallway and drive way before 10:00 am. Trip hazard.

Excellent Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our spring break. Everything was as advertised or better with the exception of the bedding. We didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary as it was written in the listing and found it average at best. House is very nicely decorated and laid out perfectly for family entertainment. The kitchen has all amenities you could ever need. The only small opportunity would be to clarify the check in process and timing as it was conflicting between the app and the emails sent and it was not clear if an earlier check in was available or not for us.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house felt brand new and was so well appointed. The host thought of everything from kitchen gadgets to towels for the pool! The temps were unseasonably chilly during our visit but having the pool heated made such a difference and allowed the kids to enjoy it daily. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you for a great week!

Honeymoon getaway

The home was absolutely gorgeous, we loved the covered heated pool especially- it was wonderful to wind down and swim at the end of the night! 10/10 would stay again and I have already sent this rental to extended family who would love to stay!

HHI Getaway

Beautiful location with a beautiful view of the marshes! The home is located on the end of the street so the privacy was an added bonus! I really appreciate the abundance of pool towels and linens available for the stay. The home is very clean, spacious, and cutely decorated. My favorite feature was the covered pool that we swam in every day. Going to the beach with a toddler is difficult but he loved swimming in the pool and even napped poolside on the loungers. We also really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and enjoyed making drinks and meals together as a family. My only issue was with Check-in which was at 5pm which I find pretty late. We got there exactly at 5p and saw two cars at the home. We texted the property manager who called us and told us that it was the inspector…I doubt it though since we saw two cars with people carrying cleaning supplies and going in/out of the home. Would have been better if they just told us that the cleaning crew still needed time to finish up instead of saying it was the “inspector”. I figure if you have such a late check in time that the home should be ready by that time…ultimately, we were able to enter 15 minutes after check-in time. Also as an aside, I think it would be nice if there was a broom and dustpan available due to the inevitable sand that comes from beach days.
