These cozy units are ideal for couples; having more than two adults may feel cramped. However, we can accommodate an additional small child if needed. My goal is to ensure an exceptional experience for my guests, so I limit the number of occupants to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
Please note that this unit does not have bunk beds. It features a main bedroom with a king-sized bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We have recently installed a barn door in the bathroom to maximize space.
There is a laundry room on each floor of our complex that takes quarters. There is a dollar changer if needed.

Great location on the Beach, our complex is located on the Beach side of South Forest Beach Drive. The Property is oceanfront and on the beach. Many bike rental places, shopping, and restaurants are within walking distance. Walk to everything! Rent bikes nearby. This property is in a prime location on the Island—numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance. The property is situated on the ocean, just steps from the beach, offering a stunning view from the balcony.
Our complex does not allow pets. If your dog is a service dog, there is paperwork that we need from our POA before you check in. Please request the approval forms with plenty of time for the POA to approve, as this process can take 2-4 weeks.
No Smoking or Vaping, no motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or golf carts allowed on premises.
