Tucked beneath majestic oak trees and just a short stroll from the Atlantic Ocean, 68 Fairway Lane offers the ideal Hilton Head Sea Pines retreat for your next relaxing getaway. This stair-free villa features an open-concept floor plan, a bright sunroom, and stunning views of the lagoon and adjacent golf course.

The spacious living area is furnished for comfort and includes a flat-screen TV, with easy access to the sunroom, which offers additional seating – an inviting spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching golfers tee off. Plus, enjoy complimentary access to tennis court and a putting green on the property during your stay!

The dining area, located just off the living space, seamlessly flows into the well-equipped galley kitchen. It has easy access to the sunroom, which offers an additional seating—style kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom, while the guest bedroom features a queen-size and twin bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom.

Nice Time on HH

Great place to stay! Easy walk to beach. They had some golf clubs we used on the putting green. Tennis racquets too! Comfortable for two older ladies to reconnect and enjoy the island.
