Condo was very clean and updated with all the needed ammedities. Resort is perfect with easy beach access. Will come back next year.

Beach Trip

Property was as listed. Easy acess to the beach and pools. Hot tub was not operational. Only issue was a very small shower in the master bath. Took a long time ro get hot water

Hilton Head Golf Vacation

This property was very well maintained and located close to all Palmetto Dune courses. The host Host and Home had a gift basket when we arrived filled with snacks, coffee and cookies. There was a box containing dish detergent and dishwasher pods, clothes detergent and a sponge. There were boxes in each bathroom with soap shampoo, body wash and skin cream. There were sufficient bath towels neatly arranged in a pile tied by a hand towel. Cudoos to Hist and Home.

Fall beach trip

Was very nice inside and out. The gift basket from the host was a nice touch. Other than no hot water in one shower, everything else was awesome. I just used the other bathroom. We had a two bedroom and it was just the two of us so that worked out for us.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean condominium

The condominium in Hilton Head that my friend and I stayed at was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The only issue we had with the condominium itself was that the sliding screen door leading out to the outdoor patio area was not working. My only negative feedback was the AI Check-In Process. The location was incorrect! It states Windsor Court South when it was Windsor Court North! The condominium number was was 4205, so we thought the condominium was on the 4th floor. We wandered around the 4th floor after we found it's location was North, not South! We tried to contact someone but were told that only to continue the call if it was an Emergency and we would be charged a fee for the call. It was not an Emergency, so we continued to wander around the fourth floor after traveling all day and being tired. We did run into some people coming out of their condominium and they said that it was actually on the second floor; that the second number of the condominium let you know what floor it is on. An accurate address and a simple statement that it was on the second floor could have saved us a lot of grief !

Windsor court

Very clean, roomy and spacious. Water pressure is meek and dishwasher leaks, could use an upgrade on elevator system but use the stairs and you get your steps in. Overall, resort was very nice!! Would recommend anyone stay. Also it was so nice to have a condo that had hangers in the closets and iron and ironing board!
