A great stay & House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfectly clean and the staff helped quickly when we needed them to fix an issue. Great staff and people at Palmetto Dunes. Will return again, just not soon enough.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location and house! Perfect size for our group. Please be aware that there is next to nothing in the way of cooking equipment for such a large house. This grill was also extremely dirty and unusable. It would also be nice if the owner left a few things from guest to guest. Spices, salt and pepper, dish soap, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On Monday evening, we could not lite the gas stove. We called that day and each day after that including on Friday. People came over but it was not until we were there the day before we had to leave that the propane tank was replaced. We had 12 people and it cost us a small fortune to have to go out to eat. A adjustment was made but it did not help our frustration. Also, the vacume was ineffective, one of the upstairs BR's had no AC and when a shower was being used downstairs there would be no water for use in the upstairs shower.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our 3rd year staying at this house. It is a nice house but needs some updating. the Hot Water was not working on one side of the house. New Toaster is Needed.
