Heaven on Earth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home. So much living space, equipped with everything you need plus more. Fabulous kitchen.! Outdoor area was amazing overlooking the golf course and a beautiful lagoon view from the front as well. Close to the clubhouse and easy walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive if any issues came up. Can’t say enough great things. We cannot wait to return.

High end appliances and every detail was meticulously thought of. Very short walk or bike ride to the ocean. We will definitely be back! Beverly was an excellent host and gave a great tour of the home to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked through the door we knew this was a special home. Everything about 14 Live Oak was just perfect. My favorite spot was the veranda looking out over the pool and beautiful golf course. Our daughters loved the porch and day bed outside of the master bedroom. Our son in law enjoyed baking homemade cinnamon rolls and cookies in the well thought out kitchen. The location in Sea Pines for riding bikes and going to the beach could not have been better. Sea Pines area of HHI is the crown jewel. We will be back and hope to rent from Beverly again.

Perfect House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was new, perfectly appointed, clean. It easily held our large group with plenty of spaces for quiet time. It was the perfect place for our tennis team to relax during rain delays where we enjoyed games and movies. The location was nearby the main areas of Sea Pines and easy access to many restaurants and amenities. We got a personal tour from the property manager upon arrival. We would come back again next time!

Amazing rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of five and had the best Memorial Day long weekend at 14 live oak. We rented bikes and loved our bike rides to the beach and dinner. The home is stocked above and beyond a normal rental home. We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and watching the golfers out the back windows. We ate and sat on the screened porch multiple times a day- maybe my favorite relaxing thing about my weekend. We will definitely rent same house and from BEST NEST again!

Pure Bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was everything we could imagine. We had a total group of 8 and there was plenty of space. In fact there was still room to spare! The home is smart so you can control various aspects of the home from touchpads located strategically throughout the home. The pool was lovely. There was beautiful view of the golf course. We even got to see wildlife walk by! Deer, turtles, alligators. The neighborhood is gated so it is very safe and quiet. Within the community there are various eateries and very close to the beach. This was the perfect place!

Amazing Stay

This is one of the best Vrbo locations I've ever stayed at. The property is recently renovated and immaculate. Everything from a technology perspective works seamlessly and the attention to detail is excellent. The property is also even larger than I could determine from looking at the pictures. The property managers were excellent with communication, going as far as to stop over at the house to show us where certain things were located in the house. There was a hurricane at the end of our stay, and they went as far as to give us a few extra hours for checkout to deal with our canceled flights. This is a 10/10 location that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Major Withdrawal...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Top notch. Unforgettable. Perfection. Our stay at 14 N. Live Oak was so good that today, our first day back home, we are experiencing massive withdrawals! We want to make breakfast in that kitchen today. We want coffee on the porch. We want to read on the porch swing then take a nap there. We want to be floating in the pool. We want to stroll to the beach. We want to watch our Detroit Tigers on the outdoor TV. WE STILL WANT TO BE THERE!! We LOVED our time there SO, SO MUCH but do have one issue: it wasn't long enough!

Amazing property and management staff

The house was a new listing, recently construction… and was absolutely fabulous. The management team was extremely accessible and very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend, and plan on going back in the future.
