Location!

The proximity to the beach was good, however the house is on the corner of the main road and the street noise never ends, which you cannot tell from the photos.

Inexpensive - Water Damage & Mildew

Nice #of rooms for everyone. Clean with new appliances. Plenty of towels provided. Clearly the house had water damage at some point - the water lines can be seen on the garage & bathroom doors (warped) as well as inside the kitchen cabinets. Mildew smell downstairs and in upstairs restroom. Yard & garage filled with debris. Ok for 2 nights - nothing longer.
