This vacation rental also offers a covered, furnished deck with a lagoon view, central air conditioning, high-speed internet access, and your own washer/dryer to help you stay on top of laundry during your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was nice, great location. In Shipyard near the beach. The internet didn’t work the first 2 days we were there and the garbage disposal was broken as well.

Condo in Shipyard

Hilton Head is a favorite destination for my husband and I. This time around, we worked and vacationed on the island and needed an accommodation that was suited for both. This condo fit the bill in most respects and we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very spacious, comfortable and had strong WiFi which was a must. The beach was within walking distance, and the condo was stocked with plenty of towels and pillows to suit one's individual liking. Kitchen was well-stocked and the complementary laundry and dishwasher detergent was appreciated. What would have made it perfect would have been ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area, as without them it was tough to circulate the air amid the heat and humidity without constantly turning on the A/C. The bed was also too soft for our liking, and would likely be challenging for someone with back problems. Lastly, there wasn't a place to dispose of recyclables which was disappointing. We asked a neighbor who said that you had to drive items to a drop-off location by the airport which wasn't convenient. Beach chairs and/or an umbrella and beach towels would have been appreciated, as those items are difficult to travel with, especially when flying. All that said, we would stay here again as it was very nice.

Owner needs to fix something’s. Kitchen cupboard doors need adjustment. Closest door in master won’t shut,needs adjustment. 2nd bathroom door needs fixing. Master bathroom sink drains won’t hold water! Door to deck, track needs to be replaced!
