Golf Trip

Great location on Harbour Town in Sea Pines. Quite neighborhood on the golf course.House was clean and pool looked great but it was too cold to use.

Great location. Neighborhood very quiet. Pool and #13 fairway perfect for our labrador. Carpet throughout house which promotes strong odors. We bought candles to offset the smell. Really needs to be completely removed and ceramic tile installed. Pool area could use upgrades but overall we were very pleased with our decision.

Great location but needs cleaning

While this location was great, this property needs a good cleaning. The ceiling fans are dirty as are the vents, and you can't walk in the house without socks or shoes on because your feet would be filthy. It even smells unclean. We've rented many properties in Sea Pines over the last 25 years. This was by far the most we've paid and our expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall quality were higher as a result. Lots of properties in Sea Pines are a bit dated - but this one was dirty which was really disappointing. Will not rent from Sunset Rentals again.

Great place

Really enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course, the decor and the pool. Neighborhood is a lovely place to walk. Had everything we needed and we were so happy to be able to bring our dog.
