"スタッフの方々が皆さんとても感じ良く挨拶してくださいました。建物は古いのでしょうがお掃除が行き届いていました。お部屋は気にならなかったのですが廊下など独特なニオイがあり少し気になりました。朝食の時にさほど広くないレストランにスタッフの方が４名も立っており何だか食べにくい雰囲気でスタッフの方が走ったりしていたので落ち着いて朝食が食べられなかったのが残念でした。 "

"Everything is spacious; the room, onsen, hallways, stairs, reception area, car park and restaurant. Staff were very friendly. They successfully communicated English. The solid building and decor is nostalgically 20th century. The well built building means the room was very quiet."

"I am usually impressed with every hotel in Japan but two things were dissapointing. The wifi reception was very poor. One of the staff behind reception doesn’t enjoy his job and can't smile. Apart from that, for a cheap hotel, onsen, breakfast were fine. "
