“It was horrible! I had to spend extra money to buy pillows, covers, towels, and entertainment because the pool table and hot tub are false advertisement! There are holes in the walls, bed was broken, no WiFi, writing on the walls and mirrors, grass wasn’t cut, no soap or trash bags. Communication was horrible because there wasn’t any! Furniture is also false advertisement, nothing looks like the pictures. Ants and roaches! House was completely hot because the air conditioner was not on. Found……

“Everything about the property in the experience was fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again next time we have a tournament. All of the staff members were extremely pleasant to deal with. The rooms were comfortable and super clean. We enjoyed the pool area too. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and all of the food was exceptional. We also had one meal at the mall and it took us just three minutes to walk there. There were several options so it was very convenient.”

“The assistant general manager was super helpful and nice. She offer advice and encouragement to me and my son. I would stay there anytime I’m in Tampa. Close to mall and airport. Also not far from a park with a little beach front for family and fishing. ”
