"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. "Hotel is huge. The ski in and ski out is positive, the onsen is good, but I don’t think it is a natural hot spring as they claimed to be in north building. The room is just average at best, the toilet room smells bad, that shows the staff doesn’t clean well. The hotel has a few restaurants, but their food all very mediocre. The breakfast buffet is very crowded, don’t understand why they can’t not open the other restaurant place for breakfast too. The on-site ski rental place is twice expensive as the outside rental store just about 5 minutes away. And the staff there is so bad, the ones in the premium rental store are just sitting there staring at you as if they are the customers. Overall, this is not a hotel with good service. But they have the monopoly in the resort. They know people don’t have choice, but keep coming. "
