“員工友善，用餐不錯，但硬件偏舊。 溫泉沒有露天部份，有點失望。”

“First, there’s no hot spring, only hot water bath. There’s a grand piano at the center of the lobby free for guests to play. It’s fun for few individuals to play but a torture for the rest of the guests. The sound proof of rooms is not so good. While the hotel is rather new and the lobby area is spacious and the room was clean, the noise was unpleasant.”

“For personal reasons, I stayed for two nights by separated bookings, first night is smoked room (as no other choice) & the next night is non smoking room, all facilities & room amenities are old and simple and feeling yellow, ventilation system noise is too loud was found in smoking room, all things for non smoking room is modern a bit and bright. Staffs services are excellent, they helped me move my luggages to other room and they did take care of my request on yesterday about extra pillows……
