"Very easy to board the Tama Den Cat train. You need to go to the JR entrance and tell them that you want to go to Platform 9. The bus to the castle is right in front of the hotel. "The room was enormous! Beds were very comfortable, although pillows were very firm (common for Japan). No wifi, but staff gave us what we needed to connect our laptop via a network cable. Only two significant problems: 1. the toilet stank to high heaven. Fortunately the bathroom (including traditional Japanese style showers and a huge bath) didn't smell. 2.
