  • A photograph of the famous Tori gate in the water on Miyajima Island. Very easy access to the beach - just watch out for the deer. While I was taking this picture a deer was going through my camera bag and heading off down the beach with one of my filter holders. A fantastic island for photographers and tourists in general and well worth an overnight visit if you're going to Hiroshima, as it's only an hour away, and free to get to if you're on a JR rail pass.

Noisy

The property is as depicted and is in a great location BUT sound comes right through the ceiling from the units above. On the night we stayed, there was a raucous party with people trampling across the floor that carried on until midnight, making sleep impossible. So it comes down to whoʻs in the units above.
