“We had a great stay overall. The place was very clean, spacious, and in a really good location. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. One of the best parts was having access to both beach and pool chairs, such a nice perk because we didn’t feel the need to go to beach clubs since everything we needed was already there. The beach is literally right there, with clear water and a clean, well-kept area, which we loved. It was also really convenient……

“Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city.”

“I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. A broken chair at your 4 person seating area on balcony. Overall a nice place if they can get the place fixed. Both bathroom shower heads were……
