「Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful. Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. 「The hotel is terrible in general though it has fantastic view from the balcony and pretty good breakfast. It is a very old hotel. The problem is that the room is of no aircon or fan so that literally there is no air ventilation inside the room if you do not open the balcony door.」

「I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. 」

「Being in Piazzetta Nilo made this hotel a great spot to stay. It placed everything me and my girlfriend wanted to see within walking distance (max 25 min walk). The main street is close by and there is plenty of shops and food in the surrounding neighborhood. To top it off the Veiled christ statue is only 1 block away!」

「Room was large and well maintained - we (2 adults, one 12 year old child) stayed in room 1 (5 nights) and there was plenty of room. Decent breakfast offered in the mornings. Staff was helpful, but important to remember it is more of a b and b than a hotel so staff are not on generally site except in the mornings but are very responsive by WhatsApp. Location is excellent - right at a Metro station (Linea 1) and a short walk to all the popular spots in Centro Storico and the Spanish quarter. ...
