"チェックイン・アウトの時間がエクスペディア掲載と後から届くメッセージとで違います。チェックアウトが遅れると1時間につき追加料金がかかると言われましたが、正確な時間がわからず混乱しました。建物は古いですが、部屋は清潔感がありました。マイクロファイバーのバスタオルとフェイスタオルがベッド台数分ありました。洗濯機は乾燥までできますが、かなり時間はかかりました。何故か柔軟剤だけ置いてあります。キッチンにはフライパンやまな板、包丁、その他キッチンツールがあり、皿もあります。テレビでYouTubeが視聴できたので、子供たちも楽しそうでした。"

"Love the convenience of the proximity to the train station. It's very clean and the staff is very helpful. Hotel is able to forward luggage to other hotels in certain cities in Japan."

"The hotel was maintained well. The meals were also satisfying. The public bath was rather compact but sufficient. The few cons were that the bed matrees was pretty firm and the attractions around the hotel weren't so vibrant. However, if you are there to fully relax with no running around for sightseeing, it should be fine with good meals and hot spring. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights there."
