Beautiful home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living rooms. Fully stocked kitchen with double oven. Venture to the sunroom for morning breakfast or to relax and enjoy the view. Take a morning stroll around the half mile track or lay in the sun at the boat dock. Close to area restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Downtown Chattanooga is an easy 20-to-25-minute drive.

Our Gospel music group rented this property. One level which was nice Our ages are from 58-66. And no stairs is a bonus. The owners were very nice as well. The house was plenty big for all of us (7). The price was awesome. Would stay here again if we come back to this area

Spacious and Comfortable Home

We recently stayed at this vacation home in Middle Valley, about 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, and had a good experience overall. The house is very spacious, making it perfect for families or groups. It features three bathrooms—including a convenient ensuite—and multiple gathering spaces, such as a large family room, a cozy living room, and a bright sunroom.The home was clean and we especially appreciated the layout, which allowed everyone to spread out comfortably. Communication with the owner was excellent—they were responsive throughout our stay.One thing to note is one bedroom doesnt have a closet and the house is located on a major street, so there was some traffic noise at night.Overal visit to the Chattanooga area.

Large home in Soddy-Daisy area

We found the place immaculately clean and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Communication with the owner was quick and the response for any problem was immediate. However, be forewarned that there is no access to the lake during certain months, and there was a lot of noise from the highway that is nearby.

A great place to stay

This place has everything you need, especially if you are a fisherman. A ramp close by, plenty of parking for trucks and boats, easy to get in and out of and plenty of room inside the house. The owner was also on top of everything and would communicate back very quickly.

Great home! Road noise terrible!!

The home is great except for the road noise. No matter the room the road noise was constant. Hixson Pike is practically a highway and many times at night there were police or ambulances. We walked to the lake and enjoyed scenery. Good yard for kids to run around.

Family Get Together

We were in Hixson for a family get together. The home is spacious. Bathrooms have been updated and are quite nice. We spent the majority of our time in the sunroom and enjoyed having the trees in the background. There was a slight view of the lake. We even saw deer on occasion. The location provides easy access to surrounding areas. The home is near a major road in Hixson, so there is some road noise. However, we would definitely stay there again

Softball families!

We stayed down there for a 4-day softball tournament and this house was absolutely amazing. It had enough room for us to spread out and have space. Our girls loved going and swimming in the lake and we also did some fishing! The house was in excellent shape. We will definitely book again when we come back down there.
