I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment I arrived. The junior suit that we had has around-the-corner balcony. The view is great! My daughter loves the grilled pomfret at the dinner so much. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The only area for improvement is that the staff seem not well trained and sometimes made mistakes maybe because the hotel is newly opened.

The Renaissance Saigon was a great way to visit Ho Chi Minh City for a first timer. Located right beside the Song Saigon, it offered an amazing river view, if you booked one of those rooms. The staff were amazing, and the onsite food service was great. The hotel itself was located within a 30 minute walk of a lot of the main tourist sites, the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Nguyen Hue ramble, the Independence Palace and Ben Thanh Market. And bike and taxi service were easily available if you wanted to visit places further away in the city. Would recommend for anyone visiting HCMC!

Excellent hospitality by staff!! Rooms are old. Toilet tap leaks constantly, only two mineral water bottles and only two tea bags. The working chair is very low seater even at the highest level making it difficult for me..I am 5ft 7'.

The hotel staff, from the reception to dining lounge to room cleaning, are all extremely polite, attentive, helpful. Special thanks the the General Manager - Alexander Schoell, Front Desk Manager Le Đoàn Duy Khang for their prompt responses to minor issues of the foreign guest behaviors. We truly appreciated the attention and resolve. The hotel is located right in the middle of DistrIct One of the city, walking distance to lot of fine dining and eateries as well of the Japanese town nightlife. The best view of the river toward the new Baxon bridge and luxurious Thảo Dien in the distance, and the beautiful Me Linh Square.

The hotel and rooms are incredibly clean an decorated. Our stay was wonderful thanks to the staff. Everyone is very friendly and our rooms were cleaned each day. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of different options. The river view rooms are quite lovely and the location of the hotel is perfect. It is within walking distance to almost all major sightseeing places. Great price for location and service.
