Good location with easy walking to everything downtown Hobart and the harbor. It's simple and basic; but that is all I needed since my focus was the city and I was only in the room to sleep. The room had private bathroom, mini-fridge, air conditioner, and coffee maker. For me, a great value to have these things without spending a lot. I would stay again.

It’s an ok location and like many in Hobart there is no hotel car parking. The reception area is mostly unattended (call a mobile to check in). The grubby reception area was piled with laundry bags so not a good first impression. Room was ok for my purposes but luckily no really noisy people in adjoining rooms bcoz can hear everything.

Room is dated and repairs are minimal. No Blockout curtains available no curtain at all in the bathroom although the glass is frosted . Difficult to block out light. Room had a basic clean and that’s about it. Facilities were functioning. Bathroom was a good size noise does travel from room to room.

I appreciate it is at a cheaper price point and I acknowledge the linena nd towels were clean, but the surfaces of the room and bathroom were marked and a little grubby. Older people and people with mobility issues should be aware that there is no lift to access the floors with accommodation.

This is what you would expect for a less expensive hotel. It's conveniently placed, however, and clean. Ear plugs and eye mask are a good idea. Note to owner: the tap in the shower needs fixing.

This accommodation was nothing like website, foyer was replaced with Chinese restaurant, room was ridiculously small, bed quilt had food stain on it, no spoons ,no towels, doors in foyer gruby, no off street parking, no one at reception, phone number on website not responding, on arrival mob contact only, not given front door code. Do not recommend Very dissapointed

My family and I waited over an Hour or more just to check in even though check in time was at 2 o'clock we weren't seen until 3 there was NO ONE at the reception expect a number to call on door. My partner had to call and contacted the owner/reception multiple times and we were not the only people waiting to be checked in. The hotel is adjoin with a restaurant and we had to check in at the restaurant desk not reception and then had to change rooms as out tv screen did not work. The rooms were pleasant enough and no real issue or complaints there but overall just a bit of a headache to stay as it felt unprofessional.
