Spacious city home within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, Salamanca and the waterfront.This fully renovated, light-filled 1920s home in beautiful Glebe is sure to delight. Situated 1km from the Hobart CBD and 1.7km from famous Salamanca Place, Wellington Views offers space, privacy and comfort moments from the heart of Hobart.

The property features two very large double bedrooms downstairs, one with its own ensuite, and one huge loft-style bedroom on the second floor, adjoining your own office space with desk (perfect for catching up on a bit of business in between enjoying the Hobart sights!) A superb open plan kitchen/dining area with concertina doors opening onto a sunny courtyard provides ample room to spread out and relax.Exempt: This listing falls under the 'home sharing' exemption

Central Location with Chef's Kitchen

Wellington Views was spotlessly clean, very comfort (a home away from home), in central location with a wonderful chef's kitchen (the best equipped and stocked kitchen we have experienced in Australasia). Our daughter and her partner enjoyed the privacy afforded by the upstsirs bedroom. Highly recommended to other visitors.

Gorgeous Art Deco home.

Wonderful view of Mount Wellington from the front verandah. This spacious property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Beautifully clean in a very convenient location. Wish we could have stayed longer.
