Property under renovation and not told in advance. Furniture scarce. Carpet in room disgusting. Carpet in hallway disgusting. Baseboard ripped off in room and in hallway. Breakfast poor quality compared to others. Doors close too loudly and can be heard up and down hall. Had no hand towels. Only 2 bath towels. No shampoo. AC unit really load. Overall not up to La Quinta standards.

Room was not properly supplied. Two guests and the room had 2 bath towels,1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. All linens were stained. Floors not swept. I understand the building is being remodeled but rooms should still be clean and tidy.
