“This was a very nice stay with an excellent cleaning staff and a customer service phone staff that helped me get checked in.
Checking in was a horror story as I do not have a smart phone and did not have internet available as I was travelling. NO WHERE in the emails I received at home indicated that I needed a smart phone to check-in. The reservation was made and paid in full (for a stay on 11 May 2026) in Dec 2025.
The property was spectacular in every way, but the check in experience……

“The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you will need. The large appliances are new. There is an area to grill out back. As they say, location is key. This rental is near parks, dinning and close to shopping. We experienced unseasonably cold temps the week we stayed and did not have heat.
