The holiday flat "1 room flat with large terrace" is located in Hörbranz near Lake Constance. The 44 m² accommodation consists of a living & sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and offers space for 2 people. Amenities include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls), a workstation for home office, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building and can be used for a fee, an iron and ironing board are available in the laundry room.

The apartment offers a furnished private open terrace.

The nearby area offers a direct hiking trail across the local mountain Pfänder and a Lake Constance cycle path. Guests visiting during the period of the Lake Night Festival can reach the venue by car in just a few minutes. Public transport links are located within walking distance.
