Very lovely hotel and nice, clean and comfy

Great hotel and lovely staff. Very clean rooms and we had stayed in the family rooms. The pick your own brekkie and drink was a nice inclusion for our stay. There is a pool but it’s closed during the middle of the day which I found a little weird being the hottest part of the day. Open hotel with no entry doors so there were quite a lot of mosquitoes going into our room. Staff are extremely friendly

Lovely Hotel

A lovely comfortable room! Great location. Short walk to town. Nhi was super helpful with regards to tours, onward travel and free bike hire. Nice little pool to cool off in in the evening!

We had a great time at Brother Villa! It was about a 10 mins walk to the old city which was amazing. We did encounter a little problem in our room but the staff was very attentive and did the best they could.

Lovely and calm hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff and the room layout is clever. The location is great and within walking distance to all the main sights in Hoi An but you're in a quieter part. I loved our stay here, the only downside was that the rooms were very humid during the days we were there. It had rained a lot so it's understandable but the beds felt a bit wet. The hotel was great though and I'm happy we stayed there

Our stay at brother villa was fantastic! It's a little bit outside of the main old town area, which was nice as there is much less noise and traffic around. To get to the main old town, it's about a 10-15 minute walk, but the walk is great going through the vibrant streets of hoi an and the old town. The hotel itself is great and cozy. Rooms are very clean and spacious with a pool. The best part of the stay though was the all-in-one receptionist Nhi. She was extremely helpful with planning our stay and giving recommendations. She was on top of everything and went above and beyond with helping us with anything we needed including setting up local tours and transportation. Take all of her advice in mind!

Best hotel in Hoi An

By far the best hotel we stayed at during our vacation in Vietnam. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very modern. Loved the shower! The hotel is on a quieter street (great for sleeping at night), but very quick walk to the Old Town. The hotel also had free bikes if you wanted to visit the beaches or explore other areas of Hoi An.

This place was wonderful. The location is close to everything but not in it. The staff were extremely friendly and it was very clean. You get a free bike to ride and you can go anywhere from the villa. Excellent choice.

What makes the stay pleasant is especially the warm welcome of Helena, who has very great skills in customer service and she is very professional 🌷 Better forget the pool which is very pretty but not for swimming…which would have been a plus given the outdoor temperature. Thank you again for this remarkable welcome!

It’s a cute little hotel. However there is no air circulation. The room smells like mold and the ceiling also had mold. The towels were all damp and doesn’t smell very clean either.

This was such a fantastic experience! The staff are super friendly and gave us food recommendations and we used the bikes to get around town for free every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in Hoi An. They even offer laundry services for a very fair price and you pay per kilogram. The only complaint I could have about this place is that the hot water for the shower wouldn’t get super hot. It’s more warm. But we were here in the summer so we were not trying to take super hot showers anyways

the owners were very accomatating and personable. the first day we arived they treated use with a scooter ride to their resturant where their specialy of rose dumpling and drinks the took us down town to let us browse the shops it was the most fantastic first day we ever had, also the front desk person (i'm sorry not good at remembering names) she was fantastic help with getting us settle in the room and suggesting and arranging excursions, getting our every needs performed expertly as far as getting our walking sneakers washed ( due to our walking in the rain) the sneakers were done beatifilly. we can't exprese our pleasure for their great kindness and detail to making our stay with fond memories. we recommend this establishment for a wanderful expeirence and if we ever get back this way will definettly stay again. the hotel is in walking distance of the center of old city with all it wanderful history, resturants, great foot massages etc i can't list all the things wev'e seen and done thank you all so much for a wonderfull time

立地は旧市街まで徒歩圏内でとても便利ですが、繁華街から少し離れているので周辺は落ち着いた雰囲気でした。近くに素敵なカフェもあります。 ホテル全体がアットホームで、家族でのんびり過ごせました。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、事前の質問にもきちんと返信をいただき、安心して出発できました。 特に受付の方が、英語が得意でなく海外に慣れていない私にも丁寧に対応してくださり、緊張が一気にほぐれました。 子連れでの初海外でしたが、おかげでとても素敵な思い出になりました。 次にホイアンを訪れるときも、また泊まりたいと思います！

ホテル自体の設備はお値段相応ですが、しっかりと掃除されており、快適に過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方も愛想がよくって、英語が苦手な私に対しても、ゆっくり喋ってくれたり、しっかりコミュニケーションをとってくれました。 また、事前に送迎の案内をくださったり、チェックイン時にホイアンの主要スポットを説明してくださったりなど、とても親切でした。 朝食のメニューもたくさん選べる＆おいしかったです^_^ とってもオススメのお宿です！

Vi boede på familie værelset, hvilket var fint til vores familie. Hotellet ligger lidt i kanten af byen, men med gåafstand til alt man har brug for. Pigen i receptionen var virkelig hjælpsom i forhold til hvad vi end havde af spørgsmål til oplevelser eller steder at spise. Hotellet havde cykler til gratis afbenyttelse - de kunne dog godt trænge til en fornyelse. Ellers alt i alt et virkelig fint ophold til pengene.
