"This hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were always helpful. The food was outstanding. The room was exactly what you'd need for a room and it was so close to town and the sights. I was able to utilise the free bike to visit the surrounding areas, eat food by the pool and my room, the front of house staff gave a map to show key points of interest and helped with your packages. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"A perfect place to stay for a family of any ages. We are a family of 5 with three boys aged 21 and 19. We spent so much time in the large pool, drinking cocktails from the pool bar. The rooftop pool was great too. A very quick walk to the nigh market and old town. The staff were lovely and it felt very safe."

"An exceptional, true 5-star resort in Hoi An. Every detail of this stay was seamless, clean, and highly professional. Pros: Excellent Amenities: The property features two pristine pools, a gym, a beautiful spa, and a fantastic restaurant with great prices for both traditional Vietnamese and Western dishes. True Eco-Friendly Practices: Unlike many places, they strictly avoid single-use plastics and provide high-tech water dispensers with multiple temperature settings. Generous Inclusions: The stay includes an outstanding, high-quality breakfast buffet and free bicycle rentals. They also provide a free shuttle to a beach club with complimentary lounge chairs. Transit Flexibility: Their early check-in/late check-out amenities are top-tier. They provide dedicated restrooms and showers so you can enjoy the pool and stay fresh even after checking out. Room & Views: My room was immaculate with a gorgeous dual view of the pool and the river. The bed was incredibly comfortable. (Note: The walls can be slightly thin if you have very loud neighbors, but the overall area is peaceful). I highly recommend RiverTown for solo travelers looking to treat themselves, as well as families. I would return in a heartbeat!"

"We had a junior suite which was quite a good size. It aLao came with a daily foot massage, which was lovely. The spa anrea was very clean and bright. The girls working there were lovely and the massage was very pleasant. The room was well appointed, the only thing lacking was a full length mirror. Breakfast was also pretty good, not a big buffet but it had a wide selection of western and Vietnamese food. The breakfast staff were so helpful as they not only made eggs to order but also Vietnamese coffee and teas. Last but not least, the reception staff were outstanding. All spoke English well, were very helpful, in fact they went out of there to assist with even the smallest thing. Because of the oppressive heat during our stay we spent quite a lot of time at the hotel and got to know the staff very well. We really enjoyed the pool, although it was indoors, it was perfect. Not too deep in most areas and a good temperature to relax in. Overall our stay at little residence was a memorable experience, and we would not hesitate to stay there on our next trip to Hoi An."
