Nice Onsen, rooms ok. Everything a bit dated. Carpets should be replaced ASAP before they come to life, gross. Free drinks in the evening on top floor was a nice touch, everyone was so happy in that room

The property is huge. The room is very spacious and clean, thought the furniture is a little antique, the staff were courteous and efficient, though they speak only Japanese but they try to converse with you in English. There is a big outdoor carpark. The breakfast was excellent , large variety, well presented, healthy options available, remember to return your used cutlery and tray to the nearest rack after your meal. There is not much to do in the hotel except for onsen and table tennis. The forest surrounding the hotel provides a breathtaking view. Have to venture out, there is plenty to explore.

Advice have carpet in front of the toilet. I slipped on the floor from the toilet. Knees and foot was hurt. Called front desk and they come up immediately for clean the floor and give me the ice pad.

Onze kamer was ruim, schoon en had prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het restaurant met diner buffet was voortreffelijk, maar was niet goedkoop naar Japanse maatstaven maar het geld zeker waard. De spa was heerlijk en schoon. Mannen en vrouwen zijn wel in aparte gedeeltes. Al met al een aanrader om te verblijven.

夕食時が混む時間帯だったのですが、ビュッフェ会場とは別のホールでゆっくり食べることができました。 目の前で焼いてくれるBLTバーガーが美味しかったです。 お風呂も広く、朝もサウナにも入れてゆっくりできました。 とにかく広く、開放感があって、のびのびできました。 12階のラウンジも朝のコーヒーも利用させて頂きました。オールインクルーシブ最高ですね。 雨が降っていたんですが次の日には晴れて、大山に雪がかかっていてとても綺麗でした。 朝のお散歩、おすすめです。 また利用させてもらいます。ありがとうございました。

子どもの誕生日で利用させていただきましたが、直前にもかかわらずメッセージカードの作成やケーキの準備などしていただきありがとうございました。 到着してすぐにラウンジへ行くと、飲み物やお菓子がたくさん置いてあり、お菓子は小さい子供向けのものもたくさんあり子供も大人も大満足でした。 ビュッフェも知人から聞いていた書いていた通り種類が豊富で味もとても美味しかったです。 エアコンはよく効いていましたが、温度調節ができないので到着時は少し暑くかんじましたが 気温の下がる夜はちょうどよかったです。 枕がやわらかくて低く少し寝にくかったので、かための分厚いものも置いてくださるとよりいいかなと思いました。 全体的には大変満足です！また利用したいホテルです。
