Nice Onsen, rooms ok. Everything a bit dated. Carpets should be replaced ASAP before they come to life, gross. Free drinks in the evening on top floor was a nice touch, everyone was so happy in that room

The property is huge. The room is very spacious and clean, thought the furniture is a little antique, the staff were courteous and efficient, though they speak only Japanese but they try to converse with you in English. There is a big outdoor carpark. The breakfast was excellent , large variety, well presented, healthy options available, remember to return your used cutlery and tray to the nearest rack after your meal. There is not much to do in the hotel except for onsen and table tennis. The forest surrounding the hotel provides a breathtaking view. Have to venture out, there is plenty to explore.

Advice have carpet in front of the toilet. I slipped on the floor from the toilet. Knees and foot was hurt. Called front desk and they come up immediately for clean the floor and give me the ice pad.

世界に名を馳せるメルキュールということで大いに期待していましたが、恐らく今まで泊まったホテルのなかで最低レベルでした。 まず、汚い。 子連れだったため和室を予約しましたが、ビニール畳がボロボロで繊維が毛羽立っています。気持ちが悪くて裸足で歩けません。 そして広縁に置いてあった椅子には、以前宿泊されたお客様が飲み物をこぼしたのか、大きなシミが… その他、壁の至る所にシミや汚れ。 そして夜のビュッフェですが、別料金で払うと子供1人6,000円超えでした。 小学1年生の女児が6,000円分も食べられるわけがない…!! ぼったくりです。 それとビュッフェ自体について言わせていただくと、他の方もおっしゃっているように肉料理がほぼありませんでした。 デザートは美味しくて、子供が喜ぶようなドーナツがあったので、かろうじて星1つの評価です。

シルバーウィークで人が多かったのは仕方ないが、エレベーターは大混雑で非常に待った。 食事はブッフェスタイルで、メニューの数も味も良かった。 ラウンジはオールインクルーシブのため飲み放題であったので 子供が多く、特にラウンジ用の洒落たお酒もなく、全然落ち着かない。 ラウンジくらいは別料金で有料ににして、ゆったりとお酒を飲める環境にして欲しい

シルバーウィークでお客さんも多い中スタッフの方も親切に対応してくれて良かったです。 バイキングも沢山の種類があり、 お酒も着いてから、飲み放題で おつまみやお菓子もあり良かったです。バイキングでもビールやお酒 自分達で好きな飲み方で呑める為 お酒好きの人には、良いと思います。チェックアウトも１１時と遅めの為ゆっくり出来る事が出来て良かったです。

室内のテレビのリモコンが壊れていた。 あの施設でエレベーター3機はあり得ないと思いました。 あと、朝食は混みすぎているのに、60分制限はどうなんでしょう？客数はわかっているのだから、時間帯を分ける等、出来ることがあると思いました。

部屋の壁紙が剥がれかかった所が有りせっかくシティーホテル寄り大きな部屋なのに２人で行ったけどベットが3個も有りせまい感じがしてしまいました。風呂もぬるくて入った気がしなかった。食事もたくさん人を詰め込み取りに行くにも時間がかかる。良いホテルはチェックインの時に混み具合を聞いて食べる時間を調整してしまいました。たくさん人を入れるから補充が間に合わない、もう持って来ないのも有りました。スタッフが足らないのか皿の片付けは食べたお客様が全部片付けていました。セルフサービスとスタッフは思っているのかわかりませんが、刺身もキハダマグロ、イカ、甘エビだけで海鮮を楽しみに行ったががっかり寿司類もさば、サーモンだけで押し寿司で固く美味しくない、私はもう泊まらない！残念でした。

私達夫婦の部屋と、息子たち家族の部屋を利用しましたが、私達の部屋は、間取りも良く、外の景色も良く快適でしたが、息子たちの部屋は、あまり利用されてない和室だったせいか、布団が少々湿気ぽっかったようです。 あと、便器の洗浄の水が、熱くてびっくりしました。 子どものイベントは、楽しかったようで。ありがとうごさいました。 総合的には、リーズナブルな料金で、心地よく過ごすことができました。 ありがとうごさいました。

お部屋は大山側で景色もよく、広くてとても快適でした。境港側でも景色は夕方は夕陽が港を照らしてとても綺麗だと思います。大浴場も良かったのですが朝風呂に入ろうとオープン時間に行くと既に芋洗い状態でした。お盆の繁忙期ですし仕方ないのかなぁと思います。ラウンジは飲み物やスナックが充実しているのにさながらスーパーのフードコート状態でしたので、勿体ないなぁと思います。接触した大半のスタッフの方には親切にしていただきましたが、配置されているスタッフが少なく、声掛けしたい時にスタッフの方が見当たりませんでした。 ビュッフェの食事はたくさん種類がありました。ご馳走様でした！もう少し和食があればありがたいなぁと感じました。

ビュッフェの料理は朝食夕食いずれもおいしいです　部屋は古い感じですが清潔で狭くはありません　バストイレ共用のユニットはちょっと使いづらいですが 周辺観光は強力な電動自転車のレンタルがあるので便利です　急坂も楽々です 標高はそれほど高くなく真夏は30度を超えます 大山寺あたりまで登れば快適でしょう
