This home provides ample room for the family with the seating in the living area, an updated kitchen, space to spread out in a second seating area on the upper level perfect for game nights, and two upper level bedrooms accessing private balconies overlooking the ocean! Enjoy the unique recently renovated oceanside open sundeck, balconies, and additional open deck area! The beautiful and sleek glass deck railing system provides unobstructed ocean and beach views! Sunken hot tub available on the oceanside deck! Enjoy reading, relaxing, time with friends and family, ocean views, and salt-air breezes! Please Note: The hot tub is serviced and available year round for guests.

Loved it!
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The double living rooms is unique and offers beautiful views! The house was clean and offered lots of little touches that were appreciated.

We really enjoyed this house.
The House was wonderful and the deck was beautiful. My only complaint was the dishwasher issue. I received a call saying a guy was coming to fix on the first tue of our stay. He called and said he forgot the part after we kinda waited for him. I had to call your front office to tell them. Got rescheduled for Thur we rearranged our dinner plans to be out of his way since they said between 5-7. At 6:30 guy called said he had wrong part. I called your front office the next morning to inform you all and never got another call or anything again. We went two weeks no dishwasher.
The other issue was we found about 20 screws and nails in the drive way just out walking the dogs. Other than that we really liked this house. House keeping could do a better job in the bathrooms moldy shower curtains need to be replaced.
The electrician that came out he was awesome very professional!

Comfortable Home in Prime Location
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Beach Coma. Ocean views are extraordinary. Plenty of room for our family of six, plus our dog. House has pretty much everything you need for a lovely week's stay. That said, this home could use a little TLC, specifically new couches, new carpet and paint outside (lots of peeling going on). Nothing major and certainly didn't interfere with our stay. But would be a nice touch. Thanks for a wonderful week at Topsail!
