Beautiful beach stay

This home was perfect for our family of nine . It was clean, well equipped kitchen, movies, puzzles and games for entertainment. It is directly across from a public beach entrance, which was perfect for our family. The water was warm, emerald and blue, skies were clear and in the mid 80s all week. Perfect beach weather. We very much enjoyed Topsail and this beautiful home!

Family Beach Trip

Stayed a week at this cute little home with my husband, our two boys and their wife and fiancée. House was clean. Linens and towel were included, although, it would have been nice to have some extra towels! A 6th chair in the dining area would have allowed us all to sit at the table together, but sadly there were only 5. A little more outdoor seating on the top porch would have been nice too. Glad that the public access was a ramp so we could pull our beach carts to the beach! Exterior of home had some apparent storm damage where 1/2 a gutter was missing and a piece of siding was missing, but that did not affect our stay. Thanks for the memories!

Not all bad not all great

The location was fantastic!!!! The house itself was ok showers were not great with water pressure. The biggest problem was the lack of internet and the lack of response by the realty property manager. No effort was made to fix it and when we took it into our own hands the people who own the house who I can only surmize did not get any information from property manager they canceled the appointment for repair. Both my husband and I missed deadlines for work....not as relaxing as vacation should be!!! The property manager didn't return my husband's call. Really poor customer service. We won't rent again from them
