Alan was our host and was very quick to respond to my questions. We planned a last minute get away ,check in was @ 3pm and check out was 10am, so the price was reasonable but did not offer a late check out. Take extra linen if you are staying more than one night as it provides limited linen, you have to empty all of your trash and strip the beds before leaving so with all of the little extras you have to do I feel either lessen the price or maybe a later check outAfter speaking with Alan post my check out ,you can pay a fee and have late check out
