「We got the deluxe apartment. The place is nice, spacious, with a full kitchen and lots of wardrobes. It has a weird jacuzzi / shower space, not recommended if you have mobility problems. Parking on site is tricky, after hours if your designated space was taken is difficult to get directions on what to do. The biggest downside for us were the curtains. 「Overall, the view from the room wasn't great. I booked a two-night stay in a room with a sea view, but the front desk gave us a room on the third floor. I asked if we could have a higher floor, but they said they didn't have any. So, when I entered the room, I could only see half of the sea view, which wasn't a very good experience. Also, the front desk staff didn't speak much English. My husband is American, and he said their English wasn't good, making communication difficult.」

「Dirty hotel. Desk service awful. Key card didn't work the next day and no one in office to help. Saw 1 cockroach on the floor. Room looked old. Bathroom disgusting and looked awful. Never again. Says 5 pools but only saw 2 and it was in rough shape. Didn't bother to find the other 3. Upgrades to a better room and it was a waste of money. Room old and disgusting. Not on the beach like it says. Need half of my money back」

"This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!"
