「Terrible la espera para realizar el check in solo una persona para atender todos los las personas que van a rentar y los que están rentados ,después que pagas por noche el parqueo no te garantizan donde parquear tienes que buscar algún parqueo que puede ser dos tres cuatro cuadras donde encuentres y si mueves el auto lo pierdes y tienes que buscar otro porque no tienes un lugar fijo donde estacionar el auto aún pagando」

「Overall, the view from the room wasn't great. I booked a two-night stay in a room with a sea view, but the front desk gave us a room on the third floor. I asked if we could have a higher floor, but they said they didn't have any. So, when I entered the room, I could only see half of the sea view, which wasn't a very good experience. Also, the front desk staff didn't speak much English. My husband is American, and he said their English wasn't good, making communication difficult.」

「The room was clean but no housekeeping but every 3 days. Bathroom tub needs replacement. Window air conditioner makes a lot of noise and bed too close to it, blows air on your face all night long. Has fridge, microwave, stove. Less than 3 minute walk to the beach that's a plus!」

「when iu first got to the hotel around 1am, I couldnt find their office and they wouldnt answer the phone. Once I finally found my way there, they gave me my key card and I went to the room they assigned me, and there had already been people staying in it, so i had to walk back to the office and request a new room. 「The advertising doesn't reflect what they really gave us. We left the site 4 nights in advance. The furniture was uncomfortable, and one of the chairs needed immediate repair. The bathroom towels were very thin and old, and one of the large towels had some stains. This specific room is in need of urgent repairs and upgrade. No clothing hangers in the bathroom, just one for the towels. Breakfast was ok. Karen was very professional, but the general manager lacks a lot of customers relations...
