「It was a very amazing experiance for the price. It was great for being located on the beach. They have pretty much all you need on the premises and gift store. Elevator lines at check in was long but it moved quickly met alot of people on the elevator we were on the 24th floor. Phones didnt work, had to get maintenance for the microwaves, weight scale in the bathroom had no batteries. 「Long story short, host didn't send my reservation information to the building concierge who couldn't check us in without it. I had completed their check in procedure before arriving at the property, and yet they failed to send it to the actual property management. When we arrived at 1am by a flight from Boston, property/hotel reception couldn't find the restroom. Spent 3 hours explaining this to VRBO and requested for a cancellation add refund. Still awaiting refund. I had to find another hotel...

「We enjoyed our stay. The unit was beautiful and had a wrap around balcony with a nice view. The property manager was super responsive and accommodating! The location was very close to restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely come back again!!」
