Pure bliss

Location, view of ocean, building and unit were incredible. If we needed anything tended to the manager handled it very quickly. Definitely highly recommend and would stay there again. We even would consider purchasing this place it’s that amazing.

First time to Anna Marie Island

The location is excellent! Condo really needs updating. Cracked title worn carpet. Unfortunately we experienced renovation work for our first 2 days in the unit below it was very noisy starting at 7:30 am, there is also new construction noise next door to this building.

Great beach, but. . .

Lovely area, perfect beach--clean, not heavily populated, easy entry to ocean. Very clean apartment. But it needs owner attention. Feature is sliding glass doors and screens giving onto porch overlooking beach. But many of those doors/screens are broken, coming off their tracks and unlockable except by using owners' wood beams/pipes. obviously left nearby for that purpose. Many bulbs burned out, several switches don't work.

Linens in closet needed washing. Dishwasher had to be run twice to clean. Dryer had to be ran hour minimum to dry. Dust layer on flower arrangements, drawers with crumbs in kitchen, ……broken glass on patio upon arrival. Told we would get an email when villa ready….never did.

Awesome location and view but a little tired

The location and view are amazing! The pool is really small and on the road side of the building but clean and usable for little ones. Staff was very responsive but the unit was dated (decor) and a bit tired, cracked floor tiles, door screens broken or missing.

Great Location with Amazing 3rd floor views

Property was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect because of proximity to shops grocery stores and pharmacy. They still need to fix the sliding door near the dining room table that has been in all the reviews, and the dishwasher does not do its job. Other than that, it was a great stay.
