I brought my 12 year old granddaughter with me on vacation and we stayed in cottage #1. Cute cottage and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Would definitely recommend any of Spinnaker cottages. Pool was clean and warm, lovely beach just a short walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet cabin by the beach. Having the swimming pool right next to us was a big plus. There are actually 5 units of various size on this property, so this would be a great venue for a multifamily gathering. We would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed our stay in cabin 1 Spinnakers. It was clean and well maintained. The location was also good. A short walk to the beach. Pool was clean and well maintained. The landscaping and overall setting made you feel like a local. We have stayed on Anna Maria 3 times and this is our favorite property. Customer service and communication was excellent. Great spot for a couple.

The listing is absolutely accurate. Beautiful condo with great overall atmosphere. It was incredibly hard to leave and we will definitely be back. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance, as is the beach. If you’re comparing other potential places to stay, just choose this one, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is super cute! Just what we wanted in a vacation place and location. We stayed in August and although it was hot the vacation was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. Wagon, beach chairs, towels, etc were all available to use even noodles for the pool. Walking distance to the beach and trolley. The pool did get a bit warm at times but we enjoyed it everyday anyway.

Although we experienced our first tropical storm, our stay was amazing! After the storm the rental company had reached out to check in and make sure everything was okay! Definitely recommend staying here as it’s a great get away and quiet place!

This is our third visit to Cabin 1 with the family. The unit is always clean and cozy. Cabin 1 has a window which opens to the pool deck so it's perfect to be able to keep an eye on the kids in the pool while mom and dad relax indoors. We will most definitely be back for a fourth visit. Thanks!

Location was great! Pool was fun, but not heated. All amenities available as advertised except no beach wagon was available and the wifi was pretty wimpy. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again. Thank you!

Stayed here for our 30th Wedding Anniversary in August 2018. So pleased with the cottage/cabin. It was very clean and well presented. Had everything we needed. The pool area is lovely and the location and proximity to the beach and local amenities and restaurants is great. Thoroughly recommend this place.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Spinnakers Cottages! The one bedroom cottage is newly remodeled and had everything that we needed for our stay. The cottage exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have been happier. The 24 hour free laundry was an added bonus! Our cottage was very clean, and equipped with towels, kitchen necessities and even cleaning supplies to use as needed. The property was beautifully landscaped and felt very private. There was a trolley stop just a short walk away so a car was not necessary as the trolley traveled everywhere we wanted to go on the island. I couldn't recommend this cottage more, we loved it!

I spent a great deal of time on the Internet pouring over property after property, hoping to find the perfect setup for an 20th Anniversary AMI trip. My wife and I work hard but don't usually take special occasion vacations so it we were crossing our fingers. What an amazing Cottage! More importantly - what an amazing group of people at AMI Coastal Cottages. The room of course was spot on with what was represented online, no exceptions. It was fantastic! We loved the room and it's proximity to the beach and it was fun having the pool nearby. The service from AMi Coastal Cottages was fantastic from the time we booked until today - several weeks after returning. They are helpful and understand the viewpoint and concerns of their guests who are booking in advance and from a distance. We made it a point to stop by their office and say hello, just to put friendly faces to the names. I strongly recommend AMI Coastal Cottages for your trip. They are honest, warm, knowledgeable, and very welcoming.

My husband and I visited in October. Our first time on AMI and it was pure heaven. Our time there was very relaxing and unforgettable. The place was PERFECT, charming and totally exceeded our expectations. The photos are true to what is available. The cottage was very comfortable, very well maintained and clean, very well equipped with everything we needed and more. It was decorated with old Florida charm (which I love). The pool/patio was our favorite area, it was like paradise....tropical and lush. We enjoyed cooking out in the evenings and coffee on the patio in the mornings. We were only a few steps away from the beach access. The beach was beautiful and boasted the most unforgettable sunsets each evening. We found the beach shed to be very well stocked with buggies, beach chairs and umbrellas (all of them in good condition) which made for very comfortable days at the beach. While there we had the privilege to meet the owners, they are a wonderful couple, awesome conversations, we enjoyed them very much. They were TRULY dedicated to maintaining and making their rental property perfect for vacationers like us, and they needed to know that people felt at home in this paradise.....Looking forward to going back REAL soon and having another unforgettable stay... Thanks
