Pool was not heated strongly, and the indoor water heater runs out very quickly.. however we were staying in Florida during a freak winter temperature drop so I imagine the stay is much better in typical Florida weather! Overall decent stay!

This home was very sufficient for our stay. It was well stocked, but…… this home needs a good cleaning. The ceramic floors were grimy….dirty feet from being on them . The carpet located in bedrooms are beyond needed to be replaced. Dirty and worn thin. The back yard was unkempt. The palms needed to be cleaned up… debris falling into pool daily. The grounds were littered with decaying debris…which had an bad order. The back yard is neglected. The place needs some TLC… basic cleaning. Location was good… but too much traffic due to lane closures for road work. Very frustrating.

This was a great stay. We loved the private pool and how clean, comfortable and spacious the house was. The walk to the beach was just a few blocks and didn’t have to cross the busy Gulf Dr. The location was just about middle of the island. We would 100% stay here again.

Christmas 2022

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, so we were unable to enjoy the pool and patio areas. The road work and detours were not easy to navigate on our first night upon arrival but we learned the following day during daylight hours. The house itself was quite comfortable and we would definitely visit again when our schedules allow.
