Perfect stay!

Nice location - no big streets to cross to get to the beach. Well maintained property - everything you need for the beach and pool. Great communication from manager.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here! We had 6 adults and 4 small children and everyone had plenty of space, comfortable sleeping arrangements and own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Very quick walk to the beach! The pool and outdoor bar and seating were wonderful. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas all functioning well. Thank you for thinking of everything!

BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!

Wow, we had the most fabulous stay at the Sailfish Villa!! It is stunning, clean, an amazing location, plenty of room, and the perfect place for my family to make memories. We truly love it here and will stay here every visit we have! I’m truly so thankful for our stay here. I highly, highly recommend!

Sailfish take me away!

What a lovely home in an ideal location on the island. Close to everything yet felt tucked away. The house was equipped with all that we needed and hoped for in a vacation get away. A quick walk and you are looking at paradise! Loved the decor and the beds were comfy. The only problem with our stay is that we had to leave. Highly recommend!

Family fun!

Great time for our family of grandparents, kids and a 4 yo grandchild. Pool was loved by all, especially the 4yo. Beach was close with short walk on roads without significant traffic. Enough space for the 8 of us. Busy street one house over opposite from the beach, but never heard traffic noise and didn’t have to cross it for the beach. Grocery was close, but a madhouse on Saturday.

Loved this house in AMI!

Thanks Tamie and team. We enjoyed our first stay in AMI. The house is absolutely lovely - you did a fantastic job with the decor. The location was great and nice short walk to the beach. The beach wagon and toys were convenient to have to use. The pool was so nice and warm too!

The best of AMI

This is a beautiful home made for family gatherings (5BR) and perfectly located less than a block from the beach on the west side of Gulf (so you don't have to cross it) and close to Publix and the public beach. The outdoor area makes it with a hot tub, heated pool and bar with TV. Had everything any family could want - including ping pong!

Beautiful Home!!

We just got back from a fabulous week in AMI at the beautiful Sailfish Villa!! This house is absolutely stunning inside and out. Fully stocked kitchen and beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach wagon. This property is just steps to a beautiful beach! Tammi was very easy to book with and quickly answered any questions I had. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Also the outside pool/entertaining area was amazing! We can’t wait to come back to this house next year!!

This place has it all-beach proximity, comfort, style, & amenities

This rental house is a nicely decorated and furnished large home just steps from the beach. It has a floor plan that allows for a mix of family time and privacy with three en suite rooms, but also a large shared family room /kitchen / dinning room area to bring the family together. The garage is large and well stocked with ping pong, beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, cooler, floating toys etc. Also, there is a large under house covered patio living, eating and bar area next to a lovely pool that has partial shade during the day. We had a wonderful relaxing week here, splitting our time between several days at the beach and one whole day at the pool. We took nightly walks to the beach, which is only a couple houses down, to watch the sunset. The kitchen is well supplied, making it easy for us to cook meals on three nights. The house is well positioned toward the middle of the island so there are many of the best restaurants with in a 5-8 minute drive which we also enjoyed. We had a wonderful time here with our family and plan to book it again.

Springbreak vacation

The property was beautiful and nicely decorated. The house was furnished with everything we needed. The patio area with the heated pool and hot tub was fantastic! Loved our stay!
