By reserving Ocean72, you confirm that you have read, understood the rules listed below and you acknowledge that you may incur a fine if any of the rules below are violated.
| Smoking is permitted outside only. Please throw away the butts.
| There is a $3,000 fine for smoke inside the home
| Please disclose if bringing an RV or boat trailer upon booking.
| There is a $500 fine for undisclosed pets (service pets with documentation excluded)
| If the guests do not pick up dog waste there will be a fee of $50 that will be charged.
| Please crate your pets when you are not at the house. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one for you.
| No pets on furniture or beds
| We require valid govt id for each guest at booking.
| We have a strict nonsmoking policy inside the home.
| No loud music or noise is allowed past 10pm and please be courteous to the neighbors on either side. They will call me if there is a disturbance.
| Any gatherings over the approved guests have to be discussed and approved prior to booking.
| Throw bagged trash in grey trash bins (bags provided)
| Throw recycled trash in the Blue bin
| We have an inventory list of all items provided for your use.
