There was absolutely nothing I would change about this location. It was perfect in every way getting ready to book the next trip down a must stay.!!!

Swept Away with the place!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time around this year. Going back in October :)

Absolute AMI perfection

We took a chance on this property even though it had 0 reviews and we're SO GLAD we did! The place was the perfect size for our family of four (with two boys ages 4 and 6) - the renovations were beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch daily, the whole place was clean, and the bathrooms with rain showers were immaculate. The house was located within walking distance to shops and restaurants and also Holmes beach. They provided a beach cart with chairs, beach toys to build sandcastles, a cooler, and towels. We also spent our afternoons in the heated pool in the beautifully landscaped backyard. The attention to detail in this place was impressive - from the bathroom drawers with organizers, to the hangers in closets, down to the stones in the backyard that didn't get too hot for barefeet (esp in the Florida sun!) Highly recommend this place for couples or small families to enjoy Anna Maria Island!
